Summary
Location: Field-based – covering multiple convenience stores across England
Hours: Part-time (3 days per week)
Reports to: Sales Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Stock Checker to visit multiple convenience stores each day and verify product availability, placement, and condition. This field-based role involves travelling between stores, ensuring our products are present, correctly displayed, and accurately recorded.
You’ll be the eyes and ears on the ground, helping us maintain strong in-store standards and identify any stock issues quickly.

Key Responsibilities
Visit a set number of convenience stores per day across assigned regions (18-22 stops a day)
Check stock levels of our products on shelves and in back rooms
Record out-of-stock items, low stock, and any discrepancies
Ensure products are correctly faced up and displayed
Report damaged, expired, or incorrectly placed stock
Take basic photos and submit digital reports via mobile device
Build positive, professional relationships with store staff
Flag opportunities for replenishment or improved visibility
Adhere to daily route plans and timeframes

Highly organised and comfortable working independently
Strong attention to detail
Confident travelling between locations
Friendly and professional with store staff
Basic tech skills (smartphone apps, photos, simple forms)
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Full UK driving licence and vehicle to commute to the office, we provide the vehicle to visit the calls (essential)
