This rewarding role focuses on supporting students to develop strong reading skills. Working closely with the Assistant Head Teacher for Literacy, you will deliver targeted one-to-one and small group interventions, including phonics support, to help raise students’ reading ages and confidence. You will liaise with teachers and parents, track progress, and act as a key worker for identified students. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about literacy, enjoys working closely with young people, and wants to make a meaningful impact on students’ learning and attainment across the curriculum.
