Summary

Grounds Maintenance Team Leaders
Location: Templepatrick & Limavady, Northern Ireland
Hourly Rate: £13.50 to £14 dependant on experience
Contract type: Permanent, full-time
Working hours: Mon-Fri 7:00-17:00, 40 hours annualised (45 hours per week in season, ~35 hours in winter period)

About the role

We are looking for 2 Team Leaders to join our growing teams at our Templepatrick and Limavady depots!

As a Team Leader you will be working alongside and supervising operatives on site and providing various GM services: grass cutting (ride on and pedestrian), strimming, shrub and border maintenance, hedge cutting, litter picking and a full range of horticultural work as required by the contracted works.

Requirements

  • Prior experience within Grounds Maintenance in a leader/ supervisory position.
  • Undertake the full range of horticultural tasks required by our client to the highest standard, whilst adhering to all health & safety regulations.
  • Ensure all contracted works are completed by your team; ability to work independently and together as needed is a must.
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Reliable, energetic and enthusiastic with a determined, flexible and "can-do" attitude.
  • A full valid UK driving licence & B+E (towing trailers)
  • PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential
