Summary

We are looking for a  Cash & Banking Administrator join us in Llangefni!
Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

We rely on our Cash & Banking Administators to help process the day-to-day cash operations of the Group, ensuring that all cash transactions are processed accurately and efficiently. Working in one of our central support functions you’ll be part of a team where everyone is putting the effort in to offer fantastic support to our business and to get the job done.

Here’s a quick overview of some of the things you can expect to do as a Cash & Banking Administrator with Huws Gray:


Reconciling of daily banking transactions on the Group’s banking platforms and be the point of contact for all queries relating to cash and banking
Reviewing and raising queries where discrepancies arise, and liaising with branch colleagues and other members of the finance team for escalation and clearance
Bank account reconciliations across all entities each month
Maintenance of bank accounts, documents and relevant information within the Group
You will support the Cash & Banking Supervisor and wider Finance Team with ad-hoc tasks, assist in project work where applicable and be involved in daily, weekly, monthly reporting as necessary

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
An ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
A keen eye for detail, with accurate and timely data entry skills
IT literacy, particularly Microsoft Excel
Good organisation and prioritisation skills
Strong team player with a can-do attitude, along with the ability to work on own initiative
