Summary
The successful candidate will: Have a working knowledge of a broad range of conditions with proven clinical skills in this specialist area Deliver a high standard of evidence based care Be confident in their assessment skills and be able to make prompt clinically based decisions. Participate in the discharge planning process; including making recommendations about individual rehabilitation needs and discharge/placement requirements. Supervise therapy assistants; rotational Physiotherapists and students on clinical placement within the specialty Have evidence of relevant post graduate training. Have the ability to work flexibly and adaptably to changing working patterns Will be proactive in identifying areas for, and actively contributing to audit, benchmarking and service development Our philosophy is to keep the patient at the heart of everything we do.
