Action Staffing Ltd is recruiting for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join a vibrant and well-established team in Orpington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 Practitioner to work in a supportive environment that prioritizes child development and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities & Keywords
Learning & Development: Support children’s learning journeys through creative, play-based activities following the EYFS framework.
Key Person Duties: Act as a dedicated Key Person, conducting regular observations, assessments, and tracking developmental milestones.
Environment: Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
Partnership: Build strong relationships with parents and carers to provide daily feedback and support each child's growth.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications: Minimum NVQ Level 3 (or Level 2) in Childcare / Early Years Education.
Experience: Previous experience working in a UK nursery or preschool setting.
Skills: Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for working with children under five.
Location: Ideally based in or able to commute to Green Street Green / Orpington (BR6).
