Summary
FINTEC Recruit are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Field Service Engineer (Arcade Machines) on behalf of their client, covering Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire, and West London.
Our client is expanding their engineering team and is looking for a skilled and motivated engineer to support multiple leisure and gaming venues. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with strong electromechanical experience and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
This is a full-time permanent role, working 40 hours per week on a rotating rota:
Week 1: Monday – Friday
Week 2: Monday – Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday
The role offers a competitive salary plus company car, pension, and commission.
Responsibilities:
Carry out diagnostics, fault-finding, and repairs on arcade and amusement machines.
Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime.
Install, configure, and test new machines on-site.
Ensure equipment meets health & safety and compliance standards.
Maintain accurate service and repair records using reporting systems.
Skills & Experience for the Role:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the arcade, amusement, or vending industry.
Strong electromechanical fault-finding and diagnostic skills, including PCBs and sensors.
Good understanding of mechanical and digital systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently across multiple sites.
