Pay Rate
Competitive hourly rate (dependent on shift and experience)
Shift Patterns
Various shift patterns available
Day shifts (early starts may apply)
Weekday and some weekend work available
The Role
Driving an HGV Class 2 vehicle
Working as part of a team with a loader or assisting with loading duties
Manual handling as part of the role
Completing scheduled collections and deliveries
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently
Completing paperwork or electronic records as required
Providing a professional service when dealing with customers and the public
Requirements
Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred
Willingness to carry out manual loading duties
Good understanding of driver hours and road safety regulations
Good communication and teamwork skills
No more than 6 penalty points (no DR or IN convictions preferred)
