PRESS BRAKE SETTER / OPERATOR

£15.00+ per hour (DOE)
08:30 – 17:30 | Monday to Friday
Permanent Position

We are currently working with a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Redditch, looking for an experienced Press Brake Setter / Operator to join their team.

This is a long-term, permanent opportunity offering day shifts, competitive pay, and a friendly working environment.

THE ROLE:

• Setting and operating Amada press brakes

  
  

• Reading and working from engineering drawings

  
  

• Producing components to high quality standards and tight tolerances

  
  

• Carrying out basic quality inspections

  
  

• Working with a variety of materials and thicknesses

  
  

• Maintaining health & safety standards at all times

  
  THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Previous experience setting and operating Amada press brakes

    
    

  • Confident reading technical drawings

    
    

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

    
    

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

    
    WHAT’S ON OFFER:

    • £15.00+ per hour depending on experience
