Summary
We are seeking a full‑time Duty Manager to join the team at Woodhouse Close Leisure Centre as we prepare for an exciting move to a brand‑new facility in 2027. You will oversee the day‑to‑day operation of the centre, ensuring a safe, efficient and high‑quality customer experience while supporting the Operations Manager to maximise income and lead a motivated, customer‑focused team. As a physical activity advocate, you will encourage healthier lifestyles within our community. Candidates must hold an NVQ Level 3, Pool Plant and RLSS Lifeguard qualifications, and have strong supervisory, health and safety, and wet‑side leisure experience.
