Summary
Maintain high standards of workforce data accuracy, consistency and completeness across HR systems. Contribute to improving data quality by working collaboratively with HR Business Units and system users. Ensure data is reliable and fit for operational, reporting and payroll purposes. Meet agreed deadlines and contribute effectively to shared team objectives. Support compliance with relevant policies, procedures, data standards and governance requirements. Actively contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and service delivery. Maintain awareness of changes to ESR functionality and HR processes and apply learning to improve system use. Take on additional responsibilities as required to support team and service needs.
