Summary
Job objectives and responsibilities
The role provides management support and governance across the account, ensuring robust controls, compliance, accurate reporting, and effective operational coordination. Acting as a key link between operational teams, management, and clients, the role supports performance delivery, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Main duties
-Provide oversight and governance of operational processes, ensuring compliance with contractual, security, and internal requirements.
-Lead the coordination and delivery of PEN testing activities, ensuring schedules are maintained, outcomes are tracked, and client reporting is completed.
-Maintain governance of CCTV access controls, ensuring Privilege Role Holders are accurately recorded and managed in line with policy.
-Oversee system compliance, including Beeline and other operational platforms, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to agreed processes.
-Ensure leavers' processes are completed fully and correctly, maintaining security, compliance, and audit readiness.
-Provide operational oversight of billing activities, including branch cover, ad hoc works, purchase orders, and submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
-Support client engagement through effective reporting, communication, and issue resolution, including complaint management.
-Support the management of specialist resource pools, including planning, scheduling, and communication.
-Deliver performance analysis across the account, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
-Maintain and oversee key operational trackers and management information to support decision-making.
-Occasional travel may be required to support site mobilisations and contract transitions subject to operational need.
Person Specification
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support cross-functional team requirements and client interactions.
-Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and improve processes.
-Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and adhere to deadlines.
-Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
-Solid understanding of system security protocols and compliance, particularly with PEN testing and CCTV management.
-Proficiency in data management systems (e.g. Beeline, billing).
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining trackers and handling billing tasks.
-Previous experience in a role involving system management and/or client-facing responsibilities.
-Experience with client reporting, data accuracy, and document preparation for reviews.
-Experience using rostering systems
-Responsibility for managing financial transactions for the account including billing and debt management.
SIA licence preferred, with the opportunity for the successful candidate to obtain the licence following appointment.
