Duties:
- Repair and replace body components on damaged vehicles, adhering to manufacturer standards
- Restore vehicles to pre-accident condition using expert knowledge and precise techniques
- Assess damage and determine the most effective repair methods
- Communicate effectively with MET and Paint technicians to ensure seamless repair processes
- Operate specialist body repair equipment within a modern workshop environment
- Maintain high standards of safety and quality throughout all repair activities
Requirements:
- Extensive hands-on experience as a Panel Beater or Body Repairer
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair or equivalent is preferred; time-served candidates will also be considered
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all repairs
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Sound knowledge of health and safety guidelines relevant to the automotive repair industry
- Flexible approach to working hours and duties
- A professional attitude committed to delivering quality workmanship
