Duties:
- Assisting customers in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts, primarily supporting trade B2B sales
- Providing expert advice on products and services tailored to customer requirements
- Managing inventory levels efficiently to ensure the availability of parts
- Collaborating with the sales team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Staying informed on the latest industry trends, parts, and accessories
- Maintaining accurate records and processing transactions efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive trade
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, accessories, and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Familiarity with industry-specific computer systems and stock control software
- Professional attitude and a proactive approach to tasks
