Job Summary:
We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to act as the first point of contact for customers. You will handle enquiries, prepare quotations, follow up leads, and help achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Duties:
• Handle telephone, email, and online enquiries
• Prepare and follow up sales quotations
• Process orders accurately and pass to support team
• Build and manage customer relationships
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Follow company processes and procedures
• Support colleagues during busy periods
Experience Required:
• Sales or customer service experience
• Experience working to targets
• Ability to build customer relationships
Skills Required:
• Confident telephone manner
• Good communication and organisation skills
• Basic IT skills (Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Negotiation and sales skills
