Summary
Costing Administrator
Job Duties:
• Preparation/calculations of estimates from information supplied by branches/subcontractors
• Use of SAP to produce estimate/invoice and log within system
• Preparation/calculations of invoices from information supplied by branches/subcontractors
• Prepare estimates/invoices on various customer specific templates and upload to web portals
• Liaising with suppliers to reduce costs where necessary
• Liaising with customers to follow up on quotations and reporting feedback

Industry knowledge advantageous
Knowledge of SAP (Sales and Service Management element)

Person specification:
Reporting to the National Accounts Costing Manager and working as part of a small established team, the successful candidate will be reliable, flexible, personable and able to work using own initiative and time management.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30 to 2.30pm with 30 days holiday entitlement (inclusive of bank holidays and pro rata for part time colleagues)
