Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
• To maintain excellent records of intervention, supporting the graduated approach to pastoral support
• To address matters that arise skillfully and promptly with academic work, behaviour, attendance, attitude, standards and engagement
• To engage with parents to build and maintain positive relationships
• To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides pupils with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential;
• To share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
