Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Holy Brook School is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and welcoming team.

This role is working 5 days per week, term time only + INSET days, and is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing within a friendly school community.

Key Responsibilities:

•Supporting pupils in the classroom, individually and in small groups

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities

• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

• Supporting pupils with additional needs, including social, emotional, or learning needs

• Supervising pupils during break times and school activities as required

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Is patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic about working with children

• Has good communication and teamwork skills

• Is reliable, flexible, and eager to learn

• Has experience working with children (desirable but not essential)

• Shares the values and ethos of Holy Brook School
