Summary
Full time hours – 41.5hrs per week Mon – Thurs 8-5pm, Fri 8-4pm
Part-time hours – minimum of 21hrs (2.5 days).
Full-time annual salary - £30,023.16 (pro rata for part-time) - permanent contract will be offered upon completion of a successful probationary period.
Essential for all roles – full clean driving licence, DBS check.
The work will be mainly based around either the Blackpool & Fylde area and/or Preston & South Ribble area, so it is essential that anyone applying has a full clean driver’s licence.
The job involves staff working on site throughout the day, for which a works vehicle will be provided. All staff meet in the morning at our offices, which are based on Waterloo Road in Blackpool or at Lancashire Business Park, Leyland, from where they are assigned their jobs, their teams and vehicles for the day, returning to the office at the end of their shift.
The roles mainly involve void property work for local Housing Associations, Local Authorities and other domestic/commercial clients. We have the following roles available:
(X2) Clear and clean team member – undertaking of clearances and cleans as above. Cleaning experience desirable.
Following a probationary period, the successful candidates may be offered training in other areas of the business. For the right candidates, there may also be the opportunity to undertake an apprenticeship or further qualifications within the field.
