We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support month-end processes, financial reporting, and cost control activities. This role works closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure accurate financial information, strong controls, and continuous improvement.
What you will do:Support month-end accounting processes, including journals, accruals, and prepayments to ensure P&L accuracy
Assist with monthly financial and compliance reporting
Use SAP to review and process financial data
Support cost tracking for billable works and projects, including progress versus budget reporting
Track project invoicing and payments, highlighting risks and opportunities
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for customers
Work closely with operational and commercial teams to support financial performance
Support continuous improvement of financial and billing processes
Attend meetings as required and maintain effective communication with stakeholders
Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection and company policies
Undertake training and development to support ongoing professional growth
Essential
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Excel skills
Ability to build effective working relationships at all levels
Desirable
SAP experience
Experience working in a government or regulated environment
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Working towards an accounting qualification
