Project Co-ordinator
Location: Queen’s Hospital, Romford
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £32,500–£37,500 per annum (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Project Co-ordinator to support our Project Management functions at Queen’s Hospital, Romford. You’ll play a key role in tracking deliverables, managing risks, and ensuring smooth project governance — helping us deliver high-quality outcomes across estates and FM services.
What You’ll Do
- Support the development and enforcement of project management processes and governance
- Assist Project Managers with large-scale projects, risk reviews, and lessons learned
- Maintain project trackers, compile monthly reports, and monitor progress
- Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and finance teams to ensure timely access and invoicing
- Provide full project administration support including planning, documentation, and updates
- Develop and maintain project templates and tools
- Champion continuous improvement and uphold Sodexo’s values and standards
What You Bring
- Experience in project coordination or administration, ideally within estates/FM
- Familiarity with structured project management frameworks and lifecycle processes
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships with tact and assertiveness
- Organised, resilient, and decisive under pressure
Desirable:
- Prince2 certification
- Knowledge of CDM and site safety
- Experience with CDM Principal Engineer or Contractor responsibilities
