Summary
Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Office Cleaner to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our communities. You will be joining our Facilities Management Cleaning Team based in Chelmsford. .
Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.
Your role will involve general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for all staff members and visitors. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.

Hours for this role are as follows -
- 5am to 8am, Monday to Friday
- 6am to 8am, Saturday
Work can alternatively be carried out of an evening from 7pm onwards.
This is a temporary assignment starting on Monday 2nd February until Friday 20th February

Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring courtyards, paths, carparks and bins are also cleaned which will involve litter picking.
- Damp & spot mopping, dusting, polishing of surfaces, fixtures and fittings, sanitising touch points, door handles, push plates, and other surfaces, including window sills within easy reach
- Removal of waste from internal litter bins within the offices and meeting rooms
- Cleaning staff facilities including kitchen area, toilet facilities, and hand basins and replenishing toilet paper, hand soap & towels
- Deep, clinical and reactive cleaning as required
- Report any required repairs or maintenance works
Key requirements will include :
- Good knowledge and experience, and attention to detail in cleaning services and cleaning equipment, including COSHH and Health and Safety
- Good timekeeping and attendance are important
- Ability to work to laid-down schedules.
- Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative
