An exciting opportunity to shape the client experience and drive the success of this business in central Winchester.
We are looking for an exceptional Sales Manager to lead this prestigious Winchester business set in an elegant, contemporary space situated in the heart of one of Britain's most beautiful cathedral cities.
This is a full-time role for a true luxury sales professional: someone who understands the nuances of client relationships and who thrives in an environment where culture and commerce meet.
Your Role: Curating Connections and Elevating Experiences
As Sales Manager, you will:
- Lead with confidence, and commercial acumen.
- Deliver a personalised, high‑touch client journey, both for established clients and discerning new visitors.
- Host exclusive events, private viewings and launches that inspire loyalty and drive significant sales opportunities.
- Guide and mentor a small team, instilling the standards, service and expertise expected of a luxury brand.
- Steer day‑to‑day operations with meticulous attention to detail
- Use the extensive client database to cultivate meaningful and long‑term relationships.
Your Profile: Refined, Driven, Confident
We are seeking someone who brings:
- A proven track record in achieving ambitious sales targets, ideally within a luxury retail or 1‑to‑1 sales environment.
- Previous experience coaching or leading a small team.
- The ability to understand, anticipate and adapt to the needs of clients.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
- Impeccable organisation, presentation and client‑service standards.
- A warm, personable and engaging manner.
- A full driving licence (desirable)
