The purpose of this role is to be first point of contact for managers and employees, providing administrative assistance and commercially focused HR advice. You will be responsible for reviewing, creating, and maintaining HR policies and procedures in line with current and evolving legislation, and for supporting the full employee lifecycle to ensure best-practice HR operations, effective employee relations, and ongoing people development.
Our client is looking for candidates who bring great energy to the team, are well organised, and take pride in their work. Candidate Attributes:
- Minimum two years’ experience in a business facing HR role
- Ideally qualified to CIPD Level 3
- Absolute discretion when dealing with personal and sensitive information
- A desire to keep up with modern HR trends and continuous professional development
- Ability to stay calm and focused while juggling multiple, often conflicting, priorities
Hours: 9am - 5pm - Monday - Friday
Salary: up to £35k depending on experience + pension + subsidised parking and travel + gym membership + free fresh fruit + employee recognition awards + time off for your birthday + staff social events + quarterly bonus plan
