We are looking for a highly organised and detail focussed Income Administrator to join our Income Generation team and play a key role in supporting our fundraising activity. This is an exciting opportunity which is central to ensuring that all donated income and supporter data is processed accurately, securely and in line with regulatory requirements.
This role focusses on the day-to-day administration of all income streams, including donations, lottery income and Gift Aid, while maintaining high quality donor records on our CRM system, providing excellent supporter care and working closely with the Finance and the Income Generation team.
At St Andrew’s Hospice, every donation represents someone choosing to support patients and their families at a difficult time in their lives. This is an ideal role for an organised and reliable administrator with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. You will be comfortable with working with data and systems, and have a caring, respectful approach when communicating with supporters.
