To manage the implementation and delivery of the PIPE model in line with the PIPE service specification and national guidance; developing operational structures and approaches that are appropriately psychologically and psychosocially informed.2. Deliver or enable case consultations and discussions that ensure Approved Premises staff understand an individuals behaviour, presentation and problems within a psychologically- or psychotherapeutically informed framework. 3. To contribute to risk assessment and risk management plans for relevant individual service users, as required.4. To promote a developed and applied understanding of Personality Disorder and related topics within the staff group at Kirk Lodge, in order to develop a healthy psychosocial environment and to enable the staff to carry out the requirements of the PIPE operating model effectively.5. When required, to exercise delegated responsibility for managing the MPFT resources available to the PIPE service, both in terms of MPFT staff and any clinical materials employed in the assessment and treatment of service users.
