Summary
Main duties and responsibilities To act at all times in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Councils Code of Conduct. To care for patients and their families within the framework of the departments philosophy of care. Clinical To make a thorough assessment of the patients needs according to an agreed model of nursing care. To formulate evidence based programmes of care based on an assessment and evaluation of patient needs. Professional To maintain own personal and professional development in accordance with NMC guidelines.
