We are recruiting a friendly, professional Wellness Experience Host to support the day-to-day operation of our on-site wellness and fitness facilities.

Job Description

In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for users, ensuring they feel welcomed, informed, and supported while navigating the digital wellness ecosystem.

​You will help maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment across all wellness spaces, including studios, changing rooms, and communal areas.

​This position is ideally suited to someone with experience in a gym, leisure, or wellness environment who enjoys being visible on the floor, engaging with people, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

​This is not a Personal Trainer role - there is no requirement or insurance in place to provide fitness instruction, exercise programming, or equipment guidance.

Key Responsibilities​

Act as the primary point of contact within the fitness and wellness facility

Support users with digital wellness systems and booking platforms

Manage memberships, bookings, and records via CRM systems

Maintain cleanliness and presentation across gym, studios, and changing areas

Carry out regular walkarounds to ensure facilities are safe and operational

Promote on-site wellness initiatives and engagement activities

Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Must have an interest in fitness and well-being

Experience of working in a gym, wellness, leisure, hospitality, or customer-facing environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confident using digital systems and Microsoft Office

Understanding of health and safety principles

First aid qualification desirable (training available)
