Crynodeb
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Miller to join our team in Birmingham. This role requires hands-on experience programming and setting Hurco CNC milling machines. The position is primarily 3-axis, with opportunities to work on 4-axis and 5-axis machines.
Key Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate Hurco CNC milling machines (WinMax control)
Take jobs from drawing through to finished component
Carry out full machine setups, tooling selection, and prove-outs
Edit and troubleshoot programs at the machine
Maintain quality and work to specified tolerances
Essential Requirements
Proven experience programming Hurco CNC milling machines
Strong 3-axis milling experience
Ability to program, set, and operate machines independently
Good understanding of feeds, speeds, tooling, and materials
Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings
Beneficial (Not Essential)
Experience using Fusion 360 CAM
4-axis and/or 5-axis milling experience

Day shift only – 7:30am–4:30pm
Monday to Friday (no weekends)
