As a Combustion Engineer, your roles and responsibilities will include….
• Carrying out servicing to a variety of heaters, burners and boilers
• Fault-finding and carrying out repairs on industrial burners/ heaters
• Carrying out industrial steam boiler shutdown works
• Fault-finding commercial plant room equipment EG boilers, pumps, valves, vessels etc
• Working both independently and as part of a small team
We’re looking for a Combustion Engineer with the following skills and experience…
• Commercial Gas ACS is required with at least a minimum COCN1, CDGA1, CIGA1
• CENWAT, ACS (Testing & Purging / Pipework Installation), IPAF, 18th Edition (or earlier) Electrical Regulations, would be desirable
• Experience working with commercial heaters and burners
• Physically fit and comfortable in confined spaces and at heights
• Good time management and prioritising skills
• A full clean driving licence
