We are looking for an experienced individual, with the motivation to see young people thrive, to join our dynamic and supportive housing team. You will support our Housing Services Manager to ensure the provision of high-quality, person-centred support for our residents.

The role will include but will not be limited to:

Engaging with young people identifying their passions and aspirations and helping to remove any barriers which will prevent them achieving their full potential.
Create and deliver programmes to aid the development of young people
Supporting young people to gain necessary life skills.
Supporting service users to develop independent living skills.
Liaising with other teams regarding emergencies and complaints.
An understanding of safeguarding requirements and duty of care when working with vulnerable individuals is imperative.
The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, approachable and interested in young people and adept at prioritising tasks efficiently. You’ll need to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a commitment to delivering quality housing services. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you’ll collaborate effectively with a diverse range of agencies.
