Your new role

As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will line manage a small team, providing leadership, guidance, and support to help them perform at their best.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing stock control and warehouse systems.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on 5S and Kanban principles.
  • Maintaining a safe, organised, and productive working environment.
  • Acting as a self-starter who can put their own stamp on the role and shape the warehouse function as the company grows.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in warehouse management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • A good working knowledge of WMS and proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience using Sage (desirable).
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to lead a small team.
  • Ideally, familiarity with lean methodologies such as 5S and Kanban.
