Summary

We're looking for a Group People Development Manager to join our People Development team.

Location: Hybrid working available, with occasional travel to our Rushden and London offices as required.Hours: 37.5 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Are you passionate about nurturing talent and helping people reach their full potential? In this role, you'll lead the design and delivery of innovative talent development solutions that build organisational capability, foster engagement, and strengthen talent pipelines across Kier.

What will you be responsible for?As a Group People Development Manager, you'll be working within the People Development team, supporting them in building future-ready leaders and strengthening organisational capability. Your day to day will include:

-Leading our leadership development programmes, ensuring they align with organisational priorities

-Coordinating our annual employee engagement survey and transforming insights into meaningful action

-Partnering with senior leaders to identify talent gaps and implement career progression strategies

-Driving robust succession planning to build resilience and future-ready leadership pipelines

-Presenting data-driven insights that inform talent mobility decisions and development strategies
