Summary
We are currently recruiting experienced Painters & Sprayers for a well-established manufacturer based in Grantham. The company offers a stable working environment with ongoing investment, long-term opportunities, and the chance to develop your skills within a modern manufacturing setting. There are both day and night shift available.
Working Hours:
• Day shift:Monday– Thursday 6am- 3pm, Friday 6am- 11am- 8pm
• Night shift: Monday– Thursday 3pm- 12pm, Friday 3pm- 8pm
Pay:
• Days: up to £17.00 per hour
• Nights: up to £21.25 per hour
• 39 hours per week
• Overtime available
Key Responsibilities:
• Painting new-build and refurbished
• Surface preparation and masking
• Preparing, mixing, spraying and polishing
• Following technical paperwork
• Identifying and fixing any defects to ensure quality finish
Requirements:
• Previous experience in industrial or commercial vehicle painting
• Able to follow technical instructions and H&S procedures
