What we’re looking for:
• A motivated, enthusiastic clinician with excellent communication skills.

• Collaborate across the MDT, offering expert advice and guidance to colleagues, carers and families to support safe, timely care.
• Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, communicating clearly and compassionately—especially where there may be barriers to understanding.
• Contribute to service quality, sharing learning, supporting juniors and students, and helping to drive continuous improvement.
• Work as a proactive team member, using your initiative and prioritising effectively in a dynamic community setting.
• You are required to hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car to use with business insurance (unless the member of staff has a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
