This Room Leader role sits at the heart of the pre-school room, supporting children aged 3–5 through their final early years stage. Day to day, you’ll lead practice in your room, guide your team, and ensure consistently high standards of care and learning
Before You Apply

What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Recent experience in a Room Leader or senior nursery role
- Confident understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
