Our client, a leading educational institution in Ealing, Greater London, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary of £120 per day (PAYE).

As an HLTA, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational development and well-being of the students under your care. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, providing targeted academic assistance, implementing behaviour management strategies, and collaborating closely with teachers to ensure a seamless and enriching learning experience for the children.

We are looking for an individual who possesses a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young learners. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of dedicated professionals, continually developing your skills and contributing to the overall success of the institution.

In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate a deep understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to adapt your teaching methods to the unique needs of each student. You will be proficient in the use of various educational resources and technologies, and you will be able to effectively manage classroom dynamics while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.

Successful candidates will have the following qualifications and experience:
- A recognised teaching assistant qualification, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Extensive experience working as a HLTA or in a similar role within a school or educational setting
- Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and the ability to deliver engaging and effective lessons
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends and best practices
