Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support to students with a range of special educational needs
- Assist in the implementation of individual learning plans and behaviour management strategies
- Actively participate in lesson planning, delivery, and evaluation
- Promote inclusive practices and foster a nurturing, supportive environment
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to the ongoing assessment and monitoring of student progress
- Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in education, child development, or a related field
- Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs
