- Support pupils to regulate emotions, develop positive routines and engage in learning
- Assist teachers with delivering structured, engaging lessons
- Encourage positive behaviour and help maintain a calm, safe learning environment

- Have experience in supporting children or young people with SEN/SEMH
- Calm, patient and confident when working with pupils who may find school challenging
- Strong communicators who work well as part of a team
- Flexible and resilient with a genuine passion for helping young people succeed
- Hold an Enhanced DBS (or are willing to apply)

Why This Opportunity
- Long-term to permanent position, providing consistency for you and the school
- Work in a specialist provision with high staff-to-pupil support
- Meaningful, hands-on experience helping pupils make progress in learning and life skills
- Supportive team environment with opportunities for development
