Cleaner – End of Tenancy & Void Properties
Full-time | Immediate start available
We’re hiring a reliable, experienced Cleaning Operative to join our specialist team handling void property and end-of-tenancy cleans. You’ll be responsible for restoring vacated spaces to professional standards — ready for new occupants or handover.

- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Are aged 30+ (insurance requirement)
- Have proven experience in end-of-tenancy or void property cleaning
- Are available full-time and can commute reliably
Key Responsibilities
- Deep-clean residential and commercial properties
- Remove dirt, stains, and odours using appropriate techniques
- Sanitise kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch surfaces
- Follow structured cleaning protocols and checklists
- Report damage, hazards, or maintenance issues
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and clients
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Minimum age 30 (insurance requirement)
- Experience in end-of-tenancy or void property cleaning
- Good spoken English and attention to detail
- Able to work independently or in a small team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
