- Warmly welcome every guest, creating a memorable first impression that reflects Nobu’s signature hospitality.
- Manage the reservations system with accuracy and clear communication, keeping guests informed and ensuring a smooth, delay-free experience.
- Escort guests to their tables with care, providing menus when needed and personally introducing their waiter or waitress by name to build immediate rapport.
- Offer a sincere thank you as guests depart, ensuring their final impression is as exceptional as their first.
