Location: Swindon
Pay Rate: £12-13 per hour
Overtime available
Shifts: Weekly rotation (07:00-15:00 / 15:00-23:00)
Contract: 3 months (ASAP Start) | Hours: 37.5 per week
The Role
Support essential pharmaceutical production operations in a high-standard manufacturing facility. This role focuses on maintaining strict cleanroom standards and assisting with the smooth flow of the production line.
Key Responsibilities:
Sanitation & Compliance: Follow strict SOPs for gowning and cleaning in aseptic/non-aseptic areas.
Production Support: Handle material transfers, load autoclaves, and maintain stock levels.
Quality Assurance: Perform weight checks, labeling, and packaging; report any non-conformance.
Monitoring: Conduct environmental monitoring in classified areas (once qualified).
Requirements
Experience: Background in manufacturing, production, or a laboratory setting.
Skills: High attention to detail, basic numeracy, and clear communication skills.
Compliance: Ability to follow complex technical instructions and maintain accurate documentation.
