Summary
Friary Preschool is seeking a dedicated and caring childcare professional to support children through their key developmental milestones in preparation for Primary School.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and hold, or be willing to work towards, one of the following qualifications:
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years
Teaching Assistant qualification
Previous childcare experience is desirable.
The role includes acting as a Key Person for a small group of children, with responsibility for maintaining their Learning Journals. As a Key Person, you will support each child’s learning and development and act as the main point of contact for parents/carers. You will build positive, supportive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues, ensuring a nurturing and engaging learning environment.
