As a Service Charge Officer at Hyde, you’ll play a key role in delivering clear and accurate service charge statements, from estimates through to final accounts. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for customers, guiding them confidently through the service charge process and managing cases end to end. This is a great opportunity to build strong customer relationships while ensuring transparency, accuracy and a positive experience throughout the service charge cycle.

Responsibilities

Handle service charge enquiries, providing friendly, professional, and customer-focused support.
Manage the full case process from start to finish, including investigation, communication, and delivering clear responses.
Prepare easy-to-understand breakdowns and summaries of service charges for customers
Meet with customers, residents’ associations, and other stakeholders—both virtually and in person—to explain and discuss service charges.
Calculate and produce accurate service charge statements, including both estimates and actual charges.
Contribute to improving service charge processes and help ensure a smooth, transparent experience for all customers.
Skills and Experience Required

Proven experience in service charge calculations and management.
Strong customer focus with excellent communication and investigation skills.
Knowledge of financial analysis and reconciliation of transactional cost data.
