Summary
Assist with the preparation of meals, snacks and drinks, assisting patients with feeding as necessary. Provide reassurance and support to patients and carers/family. Complete daily cleaning shift. Carry out spot cleaning and ensure spillages are dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Ensure general and specialist equipment e.g. drip stands and commodes are cleaned as per cleaning schedule. Ensure the Critical Care Area is safe and tidy at all times e.g. remove clutter, tidy notice boards, ensure storage rooms are clean and tidy. Care for patients property and valuables in accordance with Trust policy. Participate in daily cleaning schedules and inform Team Leader if unable to
