Summary
Neway International are seeking a Cleaner (Standard DBS) to join our client based with Camden Council.
Location: 5 Pancras Square
Hours: 36 per week
Start Date: 22 February 2026
End Date: 30 April 2026
Pay Rates: £15.02 per hour PAYE
Closing Date: Friday 30 January 2026 at 17:00

The Role
You will carry out cleaning duties to a high standard across communal internal and external areas, voids, and properties. The role includes low‑level maintenance tasks and the safe use of mechanical cleaning equipment. You will work both independently and as part of a wider team to ensure all areas meet required cleanliness and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high‑quality cleaning across communal internal and external areas.
Carry out low‑level maintenance tasks as outlined in the cleaning schedule.
Use cleaning tools and mechanical equipment safely and correctly.
Work independently, managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
Contribute to team goals and maintain positive working relationships.
Provide simple written reports and record numerical data when required.
Identify issues or opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer care and service standards.
Candidate Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous cleaning experience.
Ability to work unsupervised and manage workload effectively.
Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative approach.
Ability to complete basic written reports and record data.
Safe and competent use of tools and equipment.
Awareness of safe working practices.
Problem‑solving ability and a proactive attitude.
Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
