Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Accommodation Cleaner to join our client’s team in King’s Lynn. If you take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments and are comfortable working independently, this could be an ideal opportunity.
**About the Role
This is a part-time position, working 5 hours per week:
Mondays: 08:45am – 11:00am (2.5 hours)
Thursdays: 08:45am – 11:00am (2.5 hours)
You will be responsible for general cleaning duties within a short-term accommodation building for adults (18+) in temporary housing. This role is vital in ensuring residents have a clean and comfortable environment to live in.
**Key Responsibilities
1. Mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, polishing, and wiping down surfaces
2. Cleaning and maintaining shared areas and entrances
3. Ensuring all spaces are tidy, safe, and free from hazards
4. Adhering to Health & Safety and COSHH regulations at all times
** What We’re Looking For
1. Previous cleaning experience (essential)
2. Strong understanding of COSHH regulations
3. Good knowledge of Health & Safety practices
4. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
5. Friendly, professional, and approachable manner
6. Proactive, with the ability to manage workload effectively
