Summary
Neway International are seeking a Progression & Destination Data Support Assistant to join our client based with the London Borough of Haringey.
Location: Wood Green Library
Hours: 20 per week
Start Date: 26 January 2026
End Date: 20 April 2026
Pay Rates: £13.85 per hour PAYE

The Role
This role supports Haringey Learns in tracking learner outcomes and improving data processes linked to education and employment progression. Working closely with the Quality Manager, you will gather, record, and maintain accurate progression and destination data, ensuring compliance with internal standards and external funding requirements. The role includes direct contact with learners, data entry, reporting, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct follow‑up calls with learners to gather progression and destination data.
Record outcomes securely and accurately in line with GDPR requirements.
Input and maintain data across MIS, spreadsheets, and CRM systems.
Prepare reports and summaries for internal use.
Support analysis of learner trends and outcomes.
Liaise with tutors and staff to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Provide administrative support to the Quality Manager.
Follow safeguarding, equality, and health & safety procedures at all times.
Candidate Requirements
Experience & Qualifications
No previous experience required; the role must align with your future career goals.
Commitment to the full placement duration.
Willingness to learn, take instruction, and work within a diverse cultural environment.
Skills & Attributes
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive data appropriately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to follow guidance.
Training & Support
You will receive:
1‑1 guidance and a full induction.
Training in safeguarding, GDPR, health & safety, and relevant IT systems.
Additional training including: Unconscious Bias, Stress Awareness, Cyber Security, Fire Awareness, Display Screen Equipment, and more.
