Summary

We're looking for a Project Control Manager to join our HPC team based in Bridgwater, Somerset.

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As our Project Control Manager, you'll balance precision with creativity while collaborating with diverse teams in a supportive and inclusive environment.

What will you be responsible for?As a Project Control Manager, you'll be working within the Planning team, supporting them in delivering successful project outcomes. Your day to day will include:

-Developing and implementing robust project controls functions to assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks

-Leading the development and production of periodic reports, collaborating with project teams to review performance

-Managing integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 covering all project phases

-Monitoring cost performance against approved budgets while tracking variations and change orders

-Supporting schedule and cost risk identification while coordinating with multiple stakeholders

What are we looking for?This role of Project Control Manager is great for you if:

-You have strong experience in Project Management or Project Controls within complex infrastructure or construction projects

-You possess excellent communication skills with the confidence to collaborate across diverse teams

-You're proficient with Primavera P6 and have experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts

-You have a keen eye for detail and can balance multiple priorities with grace under pressure

-You value building relationships while maintaining professional standards and accountability
