Our business is continuing to grow & we’re looking for a qualified & skilled Electrician to join our successful Capital/Planned Maintenance business in the North West. Based in Leeds, you’ll work across Bradford, Huddersfield & Halifax carrying out works to our customers properties.

The Electrician role:


We’re committed to keeping you safe, happy and supported, therefore Health and Safety is paramount throughout the responsibilities of this role, for you, us, and the customer.
Conduct reactive response maintenance works such as electrical repair, maintenance, and breakdowns.
Complete on-going electrical testing (EICRs)
Conducting post inspections on works that have been conducted
You may also get involved with our other work streams; this may include void properties
Repairs, rewire, testing and general upgrade works of void properties before they are re-let and planned programmed works too.


What will you bring as an Electrician?


Qualified to an NVQ 3 level as an Electrician or similar professional body (e.g., City & Guilds), 18th Edition wiring regulations certificate, and AM2 is essential
Must have experience undertaking full and partial rewires.
2391 Testing and Inspection (or equivalent)
Exceptional professional and friendly customer service skills – the ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of domestic environments
Experience of working on social housing planned works ie kitchen and bathroom replacements – the ability to manage your own time, work as part of a team, and work to tight deadlines and programmes.
Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrician role, with use of a company van and fuel card.
